The new service of the Ministry of income and charges "Electronic office of taxpayer" started to work in test mode, as STI Holosiyivo area MD of Minincomes in Kiev reports.
«Electronic office» – is a workstation of taxpayer where he can work from any computer connected to the Internet. In process, the payer will immediately see how performance of its reporting influenced on calculations of budget.
Entering the "electronic office" is available at knp.mind.gov.ua or from portal of Minincomes through authentication using digital signatures. Tax experts are once again reminded of importance and necessity of obtaining EDS. First of all, it's your guarantee of security, and secondly, saving precious time. In short, it is a "key" that will open up new opportunities and join business community.
"Electronic office of taxpayer" is absolutely secure, personalized and safe electronic service that provides non-contact methods of interaction for taxpayers and Minincomes using modern information and communication technologies. But experts have been developing this project claiming that this service will provide an opportunity to file tax returns in real time.
Thus, taxpayer will be able to:
prepare, complete and submit tax returns electronically;
view data on card's account of the state budget settlements (accrued, unpaid tax debt, penalties, fines, etc.);
form and fill out documents for payment of taxes, duties and other payments to budget;
make payment of taxes, fees and other payments to budget through banking systems such as internet-banking;
carry out official correspondence with Minincomes on taxation, receive counseling services (real-time or previously received questions), order and receive administrative services;
quickly view current and archived information provided to taxpayer or formed under given documents to Minincomes (data records, data on taxable items, information about test results, information on income of individual).
Experts believe the new service of Minincomes is a next step to online relationships between taxpayer and employees of income and fees office.
