From beginning of the year 2827 people addressed the anti-corruption service of Minincomes - "Pulse". Reviewing of 95 percent, or 2678 applications has been completed, applicants informed of the actions taken.
The vast majority of taxpayers called on activities of tax authorities of Minincomes. On this subject they received more than 88 percent of calls. Customs matters related to 11.3 percent calls.
As before, most taxpayers are interested in organization of work units of Minincomes - 42 percent of calls to "Pulse" were just about that.
Nearly 30 percent of taxpayers with this service have solved their problems encountered when submitting electronic reports and registration tax bills. 7% of the population complained the delay in customs clearance. 3.7 percent of applicants reported on corruption of Minincomes workers. The vast majority of complaints are promptly processed within one day.
