Relevant decision adopted
Administrative procedures for receiving and processing the statement of accrued single contribution for obligatory state social insurance and registration of insurance funds in cards of payers' personal accounts in August will be performed by the Pension Fund of Ukraine. The decision was taken to create favorable conditions for single contribution payers and to avoid social tension related to pension payments in August, the Ministry of Revenues’ press service reports.
Subject to the provisions of paragraph 3 of the Final Provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine in connection with the administrative reform" of 4 July 2013 № 406-VII today extending implementation of these functions by the Pension Fund of Ukraine till 31 August 2013 is being looked into.
For this reason, this August the statements of accrued single contribution for obligatory state social insurance should be filed with the Pension Fund. Please note that the deadline for submitting statements is 20 August.
