Since January 1, 2019, the "career advisers" will start working in the State Employment Service, the Ministry of Social Policy informed, UNN reports.
"The participants of the meeting (representatives of the Directorate for the Development of the Labor Market and Employment, State Employment Service and representatives of the International Labor Organization, - Ed.) discussed introduction of the "career adviser" to the State Employment Service on January 1, 2019, the report said.
As explained in the ministry, the career adviser is the employee of the employment center, who will ensure provision of the services for job seekers, registered unemployed and support people in their further employment.
The parties agreed that the ILO experts will provide practical advice to the specialists of the State Employment Service regarding the duties of the "career advisers", their training, cooperation with other structural units for the development of the service department.
It should be reminded that the lowest salaries that employers offer in vacancies entering the State Employment Service are recorded from nurses, sellers, drivers, and seamstresses.
