On October 22, Kernel Holding SA concluded the agreement on changing the export credit line terms with the syndicate of European banks, according to the company’s message on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Liga.net reports.
The availability period of the credit line for 200 mln dollars has been extended to 31 August 2021.
It is also reported that the subject of the contract was supplemented with a short-term tranche, amounting to 90 mln dollars with the maturity period till August 2019.
The agricultural holding plans to use the loan for financing the needs of the turnover capital in sunflower oil production.
