Ministry of Justice explains the changes
January 1, 2014 new version of rule 47 of the Rules of the European Court of Human Rights came into force, which set requirements for the individual application submitted to the Court, the press service of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine informs.
Providing appropriate explanation to Rule 47 of the Rules of the European Court in the new version: Rule 47 of the Rules of the European Court (requirements regarding the content and form of individual application to the European Court) as amended on January 1, 2014.
Persons, wishing to submit an application to the European Court, should pay attention to the fact that due to the amendments to Rule 47 of the Rules of the European Court of January 1, 2014, one must fill out a new application form.
Practical guidelines and recommendations for completing the application form and other useful information can be found in the note to fill the application form prepared by the Secretariat of the European Court - Explanatory Note for people who fill out the application form in accordance with Article 34 of the Convention.
