The regulator has made the database compliant with existing requirements
At its meeting held on June 3, 2014, the State Commission for Securities and Stock Market resolved to adopt the regulation On Approval of Securities Database Regulations, the SCSSM’s press-service reports.
The Commission has formalized the database to be compliant with the existing requirements and technologies, too. It is worth noting, there is a uniform information system at the Agency for Stock Market Infrastructure of Ukraine, which is an aggregate registry of securities market participants, in particular, licensed participants, asset management companies, law violations, etc., containing also accountability reports of both professional securities market players and issuers. This information should be made public pursuant to the existing legislation. First of all, the information is systemized in such a way that it allows all interested parties to obtain the data in a timely and convenient manner.
