The industry is renovating bit by bit
In October the Ukrainian factories manufactured 1 475 motor vehicles, that is 13.5% more than in August (1 299 cars), yet, meantime, it is 72.5% less than in October a year ago (5 372 cars), the data from the Ukrainian Automobile Manufacturers Association proves it.
Production of motor cars per month makes up 1 142 cars, that is 6% more than in September, but 77% less than figures for a similar period a year ago.
245 commercial cars produced show a percentage increase as compared with the last month and October a year ago – by 29% and13%, respectively.
The figures for October in terms of bus manufacturing – 88 buses, that is 144% more than the figures for the previous month, but 64% less as compared with October of 2013.
From January to October there were produced 27 590 automobiles or 28% less than the figures for a similar period of the previous year.
The bus manufacturing has reported the biggest drop in production output totalling 716 busses in ten months that is 60% less than the figures for the previous year.
The issue of motor cars for the same period has decreased by 27% up to 25 309 cars.
The production of commercial cars has been reportedly the least – 0.7 percent making up 1 565 cars.
