The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has redistributed the single social security contributions for insurance coverage in case of unemployment and temporary inability to work, as has been set out in Resolution of the CMU No.48, dd. January 30, 2015, RBK-Ukraine (РБК-Україна) reports.
Thus, changes specify an increase in the social security contribution to be paid to cover losses in case of unemployment - from 2.5843% up to 3.1997%.
At the same time, the amount of social security contribution to be deducted to insure in case of temporary inability to work decreases from 5.2397% up to 4.6243%.

Moreover, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has assigned the National Treasury Service to transfer social security contributions to the Social Security Fund, which will be used to insure against temporary inability to work, accident at work and occupational diseases that caused loss of ability to work, after performing the national registration as prescribed by the law and opening particular accounts with the National Treasury Service.
