Polish business stands ready to invest around $200 million in the construction of the subway line to Troieschyna in Kyiv. What this means today is the first phase of construction - from Podolsky to Raduzhna subway station - the length of 5.9 km, with five stations. The project’s implementation period is 3 years, what has been discussed in the meeting between Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Valery Voschevsky and a delegation of Polish investors, the ministerial public relations office informs.
Significantly, an issue of constructing the Troieschyna subway route was, for the first time, raised 30 years ago and has not been yet resolved.
Currently, there are 450 thousand people dwelling in this residential district, in view of the prospect housing, the population can increase by 120 thousand residents.
The meeting resulted in reaching an agreement between the parties that came to conclusion to discuss the terms and conditions of the Polish bank’s loan in more detail at the next meeting.
