The IMF has agreed to delegate a fiscal policy adviser to the NFS starting September 1 this year. This expert has sufficient experience in conducting reforms in the countries that have acceded to the European Union, said Chairman of the National Fiscal Service of Ukraine Roman Nasyrov, the press-office reports.
In his opinion, the National Fiscal Service of Ukraine, the International Monetary Fund and the Ministry of Finance elaborated a detailed plan of institutional reforms launched more than a month ago.
In addition, it is almost a week that the IMF's high-level task force has been working at the NFS.
One of the major changes to the NFS that have been accentuated is replacement of over 50% of senior officers at the NFS regional bodies and a launch of new service: “We have also launched a big project on NFS HR-service. The first stage gets underway. In 3-4 weeks we will have an automated system in place, which can help hire new employees, check current employment eligibility status," said Roman Nasyrov.
