The Rada has cancelled the scandalous amendment to the Budget 2016, according to which the electronic declaration was postponed until the end of year, Correspondent.net reports.
The Verkhovna Rada passed the “visa-free” law on the electronic declaration of property, having cancelled the scandalous amendment, which postponed the launch of the system for one year, which impeded the obtaining of visa-free regime with EU.
238 people’s deputies voted for the relevant draft law №3755.
The introduced draft law consisted of the amendment to the law on State Budget 2016, which excludes the regulation on postponement till January 1, 2017, of the beginning of the operation of electronic system of presentation and promulgation of declaration of persons, but the reporter introduced several dozens of amendments, that’s why the Chairman of Anti-Corruption Committee Ehor Sobolev urged not to vote for the final version of this draft law to introduce amendments on February 18.
The Law was passed as amended.
It should be reminded that previously the budget for 2016 included the item, which postpones for one year the beginning of operation of new system of financial control, necessary for introduction of visa-free regime with EU.
