NJSC “Naftogaz of Ukraine” has dismissed the NJSC Executive Director Andrei Pasishnyk from the post of the chair of supervisory board of the state gas extracting company “Ukrgasvydobuvania” and appointed Business Development Director Yurii Vitrenko instead of him, as it is said in the message of “Ukrgasvydobuvannia” in the information disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC), Economic Truth reports.
The relevant decision was passed on April 21.
The reasons for early termination of Pasishnyk’s office have not been specified.
Vitrenko has been appointed as the chair of supervisory board from April 22 for 3 years.
In addition, “Naftogaz” has reappointed NJSC Deputy Chief Executive Serhei Konovets and NJSC Treasury Director Roman Chumak as the members of the supervisory board.
Pasishnyk claimed that he does not know the details of his dismissal.
“My authorities have been terminated in UGV and Ukrtransnafta. At this moment I undergo inpatient treatment in hospital and do not know the details of my dismissal”, he replied.
