In particular, to reduce the number of criminal proceedings, RBC-Ukraine reports.
Minister of Finance Alexander Danyliuk assigned SFS Head Roman Nasyrov with a task to take all necessary measures in order to significantly lower pressure on business, the press-office of the Ministry of Finance reports.
In particular, the Minister is indignant with the number of criminal proceedings in regard to entrepreneurs and companies, conducted by tax police and opened before the investigator have real evidence of a crime, - the message says.
According to Business Ombudsman Shemeta, in 2015 1748 criminal proceedings were initiated, while only 55 were submitted to the court with a charge. That is, due to the fact that SFS searched for violators, more than one and a half thousand companies were exposed to real pressure, - Danyliuk reports.
“If there’s no evidence of violation, no elements of a crime found, then there’s no criminal proceeding. We will solve this matter swiftly through a separate order. The systemic and final decision is the comprehensive reform of the SFS and liquidation of tax police”, the Minister of Finance noted.
