The e-declaration system has started operating in Ukraine, Head of the National Anti-Corruption Agency Natalia Korchak wrote in Facebook.
“Dear friends, as you see, without politics and hysterics, sharp at 00:00 we launched e-declaration. The system is working, now the developers should concentrate on elimination of defects and receive certification”, she wrote.
It should be reminded that previously the National Anti-Corruption Agency left open its decision on launching the e-declaration system, in spite of absence of information protection attestation, which is necessary in accordance with legislation.
In the evening, August 12, the State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection informed about the rejection of certification of collection and processing e-declarations.
President Petro Poroshenko promulgated the open request to “all those, on whom the start of electronic declaration depends”, which excluded the possibility of rescheduling the launch of the system.
The start of the full-time operation of NACA, including e-declaration system, is the key impediment for implementation of visa-free regime. The launch of e-declaration is the condition for obtaining IMF tranche by Ukraine.
