On September 1, the site of e-declarations was relaunched.
Head of National Anti-Corruption Agency (NACA) Natalia Korchak reported on the successful launch of the system of electronic declaration of assets of the officials.
“The system was launched at night, at midnight, on September 1”, - NACA Head reported to 112 Ukraine on Thursday.
Korchak noted that the system underwent some changes and corrections, which affected e-declaration, in particular, the interoperability of e-declaration system with e-key libraries.
The system was launched in accordance with the Law On Prevention of Corruption. Starting from September 1 and within 60 days all the high-ranking officials should submit the declaration of assets and income of their families via Internet.
The refusal from the submission of declaration, or concealment of property for the amount of more than UAH 362.5 ths is currently the crime as per Article 362 of the Criminal Code.
All the information on officials’ revenues will be available at public.nazk.gov.ua.
Meanwhile, the users report in social media that the system remains accessible not for all the users, because the browser does not allow going to the declaration form, warning about security problems.
In some browsers, the access to the system is open, the site suggests submitting the e-signature.
The previous declarations, submitted by the officials, are currently not available, although in accordance with NCA decision the old declaration should remain in the system.
