The world largest consulting company Mercer published the annual Quality of Life Index in different cities of the world. The top list of “worst cities” was also presented, the Business Insider writes.
Having considered 450 cities of the world, Mercer took into account the following parameters: political and social environment (political stability, criminality, law enforcement), economic environment (currency exchange regulatory acts, banking services), social and cultural environment (presence of mass media and censorship, restrictions of personal freedom), medical and health aspect.
Based on it, the edition Business Insider prepared the list of the most dangerous cities of Europe.
The top of the list was Kyiv due to its confrontation with Russia, the large number of dangerous protests as well as rampant robberies. Then go Belgrade, Serbia, and Athens.
