The National Depository reminds of setting new tariffs since February 7, according to Finance.ua, as it is said in NDU’s message.
The main changes in tariffing client services lie in enlargement, i.e. formation of tariff packages, in stimulation of the use of electronic document flow in communications with the Central Depository as well as the growth of volumes of securities transactions.
According to the message, at this stage, the changes apply to tariffs for servicing issuers and accompaniment of international transactions with securities.
NDU’s Chairman of the Management Board Mindaugas Bakas noted that the approach to tariffing the formation of the register of registered securities owners became fairer for issuers with a small number of shareholders.
In addition, according to him, the price of “electronic” register became cheaper than the “paper”, which will stimulate the use of EDF by issuers.
The tariff for safekeeping securities, placed beyond Ukraine, which is also one of the main tariffs during conducting international transactions, was decreased several times.
In early January, the National Depository discussed the creation of the unified database on concluded derivatives – trade repository – with market participants.
