Today, the International Court of Justice in Hague will initiate the public hearing on Ukraine’s lawsuit against Russia about the violation of two UN conventions, according to the court message, REALIST.ONLINE reports.
In particular, it refers to the violation by RF of the Convention on Combatting of the Financing of Terrorism and the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination.
The court hearings will continue until March 9.
Ukraine filed the lawsuit on January 16, charging RF with the violation of specified conventions in connection with occupation and annexations of the Crimea and support of terrorist organizations on Donbass.
