Press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reports that the Ministry of Interior and the National Commission for the State Regulation of Financial Services signed a memorandum on cooperation and collaboration
This document provides cooperation in all areas of activity within mutual interest. First of all, to combat economic crime, prevent and suppress violations of legislation on financial services, protection of rights and lawful interests of individuals and legal entities.
The main objectives of collaboration are to create a single information space for communication and identify actual issues of the market of non-bank financial services. MIA and Natcomfinservices jointly organize and take measures to address them.
«We have experience of joint cooperation between our offices. Specifically, to eliminate the negative effects of credit unions and stabilize the market of credit cooperatives - said Vitaly Zaharchenko. - We are jointly engaged in the bill banning «pyramid schemes» other dubious financial schemes functioning in Ukraine that may lead to conversion of public funds».
