From the beginning of visa-free regime between Ukraine and the European Union, 195 citizens of Ukraine crossed the borders of EU countries.
According to the State Border Service, almost 4.5 thousand Ukrainians went abroad as part of the visa-free regime, Politeka reports.
“77% of them (who used the visa-free regime), totaling 3,470 citizens, crossed the border in the western territory in automobile and railroad checkpoints, the remaining 23% used the services of airports”, the agency reported.
According to the message, since the visa-free regime became effective, the entry to EU territory was denied for 7 citizens. In four cases, the denial was connected with the violation of EU migration legislation, in three – absence of return tickets and insufficient finance support of the trip.
