Representatives of ministries, other central executive bodies, public organizations of entrepreneurs, members of the Public Council under the Entrepreneurship Committee, and other parties interested in the development of small and medium business took part
Draft Law provides for approval of National Program of development of small and medium enterprises in 2014-2024.
The Program aims to create favorable conditions for small and medium enterprises, support and development of such entrepreneurship, as well as improvement of public support mechanism.
The Program is also aimed at implementation of the Law of Ukraine "On Development and State Support of Small and Medium Enterprises in Ukraine" and includes specific objectives and measures to support small and medium business for a specific period: 2014 to 2024.
Implementation of the Program will promote the development and competitiveness of SMEs in domestic and global markets.
During the discussion, participants offered their comments and suggestions regarding the text of the bill.
Following the discussion, the bill will be finalized and submitted to the concerned authorities for approval in due course.
