National Securities and Stock Market Commission summarized registration of issue of securities for eight months of this year, says the press service of the agency.
According to Alla Papaika, Director of Corporate Governance and Corporate Finance at NSSMC, during this period positive trend in the registration of the issue as shares and bonds on the domestic stock market prevailed.
«For the first eight months of this year we have positive dynamics in terms of issue of shares. The Commission registered 129 issues of securities, their total amounted to nearly 32.67 billion UAH. Compared to the same period in 2012 the volume of registered shares increased by 17.99 billion UAH», she said.
A. Papaika added that regarding bonds in this segment there is also growth in targets. For eight months of 2013 the regulator registered 173 issues of corporate bonds for a total of 25.73 billion UAH - against the same period in 2012 this indicator increased by 3.62 billion UAH.
Securities were mostly registered by companies in the financial sector (banks and insurance companies), and companies in the agricultural sector.
