Within the State Fiscal Service, a new department for strategic development and international cooperation, which will also control implementation of reforms inside the Fiscal Service, will be created, SFS’ press office reports.
“In the near future, a new department, which will coordinate strategic development and international cooperation of the SFS, will be created. Except for the development of the qualitative cooperation, the reestablishment of communications with customs and tax administrations of other states and international organizations, a new department will control and be responsible for implementation of the reforms in the SFS”, - the message says.
It refers to the implementation of strategic directions of the service activities until 2020.
“A new department will become the center of changes and transformations with powerful analytical, forecast functions and necessary powers. The department will include the people, who will be able to implement reforms”, SFS Deputy Chairman Myroslav Prodan noted.
The organizational structure of a new department will be built upon the functional principle with clear distribution of powers and responsibilities of the employees. Each specialist will be in charge of the respective direction and international partners, and the manager’s work is built upon the principle of “project implementation on a turn-key basis”.
“Each strategic block of reforms will be systemized, in particular, in terms of the time of implementation, financial and legislative loads as well as possible risks”, the message notes.
