The ledger will become the thing of the past, the registration of cash transaction will be simplified to one click.
The government intends to get things easier for entrepreneurs. The Ministry of Finance prepared the package of changes to the procedure of registration of cash registers and maintenance of the ledger, UBR reports.
The respective draft law was prepared by the Ministry of Finance and anticipates approval in the Cabinet of Ministers. Many of its provisions were already labeled as the achievements of the government, though in fact, it is still not approved.
However, very soon the Ukrainian business will be able to register cash registers in one click, even without attending the state fiscal authorities. The fiscal service will take upon all troubles, connected with registration of cash registers, not involving business in the process.
Head of the Regional Network Department of Electrum Payment System Igor Dyadyura told what the retail business should anticipate from new orders and which claims from SFS we should get ready for.
“Today, to register the cash register is a nightmare and quest. As per new procedure, instead of 8 documents, bound and certified, sometimes notarized, there will be only one application, which then will be possible to be submitted electronically. And it will also be allowed not to maintain the ledger at all – if business conducts all operation through the cash register”, the expert explains.
