By 2021, the European Union will allocate 50 mln euros for building the bridges in Ukraine. The funds will be allocated as part of the plan of eastern partnership with EU close neighbors. The construction of bridges in Ukraine was already approved in Brussels, finance.ua reports.
Adviser to the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Viktor Zagreb informed that.
According to him, each of the bridges will be built as per its own design project in Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Lviv, Chernivtsi, Poltava, Mykolayiv regions and 2 projects near Kiev.
At the same time, CEO of Blazer Foundation Oleg Ustenko said that the project financing could become more complicated due to the distrust to Kyiv authorities in Brussels. EU attempts to slow down financing to Ukraine due to the unstable political situation.
