National Securities and Stock Market Commission approved the procedure for issuance of corporate bonds, bonds of international financial institutions and their circulation during the planned meeting, the press service of NSSMC informs.
«The Commission has developed a procedure for issuance of corporate bonds and bonds of international financial institutions, their circulation and cancellation of registration, as it was required by the rules of law, which took effect recently. With this document the controller extends the existing instruments and hopes that they will be required by the market», - said Alla Papaika, Director of Corporate Governance and Corporate Finance Department of NSSMC.
She explained that the document establishes the procedure for registration of the prospectus and the bonds of international organizations, amendments to the prospectus, report on the results of the bond placement and the list of required documents.
The Bill also provides for the recognition of the Commission's decision «On Approval of the Procedure of Issuance of bonds and their circulation», registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 13, 2003, № 706/ 8027 as invalid.
