Draft decisions are adopted
National Commission on Securities and Stock Exchange approved the new wording for the rules of a public joint stock company «PFTS» and Public Joint Stock Company «East European Stock Exchange». The relevant draft decisions were adopted at a meeting of the regulator, the press service of the regulator informs.
«Changes to the Rules of the PFTS were made due to the need to bring them into conformity with the laws of the depository system. Some rules were excluded due to the loss of relevance. At the same time, the rules provide trading mechanisms with one-way and two-way software due to changes in technology in trading securities», - said Irina Ustenko, Director of Regulatory Activity of securities and stock exchanges of SSMNC.
Commenting on the changes to the Rules of Eastern European stock exchange, I. Ustenko told that they are complied with the Law of Ukraine «On the Depository System of Ukraine», an updated Regulation on the functioning of the stock exchanges and the procedure for determining the exchange rate for securities.
