Kyiv State Tax Service reminds the citizens to declare their property status and income received in 2012
Individuals are to declare their income according to the requirements of Article 179 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, whereupon taxpayers shall file annual declaration of their property status and income (tax return).
Deadline for filing tax returns on property and income in 2012 is 1 May 2013.
To provide accurate information in the declaration, individuals may obtain their data from the State Register of natural persons - tax payers, applying either personally or through an authorized representative to the state tax authority at their place of residence, as per standard form.
State tax authority within five working days of the request of an individual provides information from the State Register on the amounts and sources of income paid and taxes withheld.
Individuals who do not have permanent residence in Ukraine or temporarily residing outside a settlement policies may obtain information from the State Register from any state tax inspectorate. In this case, the deadline for delivery of information may be prolonged up to ten days.
