The Ministry of Revenue & Duties reports
To register foreign investments, an investor files an information notice to the government authority dealing with these issues, which bears a stamp of the regional revenue body and stating where investments are placed and whether they have been actually deposited.
To confirm the data about actual placement of foreign investments, a foreign investor or the authorized person of the latter submits an application in writing to the Ministry of Revenue & Duties stating the place of putting money in.
This information notice in three authentic copies filled out as set out in the regulations is attached to the application along with the documents evidencing actual placement of investments, to serve as a proof of the data stated in the information notice.
Within 15 calendar days since the date of receipt of the application made in writing the regional revenue body considers and examines the documents submitted:
- notes the information notice that states actual foreign investments placement, what is signed by a chief (deputy chief) and affixed with the seal of the Ministry of Revenue & Duties of Ukraine;
- gives reasonable grounds for refusal made in writing.
The applicant obtains the written information notice at the regional revenue body the applicant has applied to.
