To simplify regulations aiming at facilitating ease of doing business, the time for fiscal registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs with tax authorities has been reduced to one day, the press-office of the HO NFS in Ternopyl oblast informs.

From now on, to register a new business, an entrepreneur is to spend only one day; so the process implies the following stages:

І. The state registration of legal entities or individual entrepreneurs:

deadline - on the date of receipt of documents for state registration (for legal entities), or no later than the next working day after receipt of documents (for individual entrepreneurs).

ІІ. Transfer of extracts from the uniform state registry to supervisory bodies, to confirm registration:

deadline – on the date of registration.

ІІІ. Registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs with the NFS’ bodies, as taxpayers and single taxpayers:

deadline – on the date of excerpt issued from the uniform state registry.

IV. Transfer the data on registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs with the NFS’ bodies to the uniform state registry, along with the single taxpayer number and risk class of professional production, by main type of economic activity: 

deadline – on the date of excerpt issued from the uniform state registry.

V. The issue (sending by post with content description) of the excerpt from the uniform state registry by the public registrar to the legal entity or individual entrepreneur, which contains the information on registration with the NFS bodies:

deadline – within 24 hours after statistical data on registration from the NFS bodies are received by the public registrar, except weekends and holidays.

To sum up, today, an extract with the data on fiscal registration of legal entities or individual entrepreneurs from the uniform state registry can be obtained not later than the next business day after the date of submission of documents to the public registrar
