The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has promulgated the Resolution № 773 dd. September 30, 2015 on Introduction of amendments to Annex 5 to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dd. 14 January 2015 №1, which cancels export licensing of certain nonferrous metals. The relevant document is posted on the Cabmin’s official site, RBC-Ukraine (РБК-Украина) reports.
According to the resolution the following positions are excluded from the list of goods, the export and import of which are subject to licensing:
- Hard zinc (zinc-iron alloy);
- Ferronickel;
- Ferrotitanium;
- Refined copper: cathodes and cathode sections.
- Copper rods, bars and profiles.
- Copper pipes and tubes;
- Secondary aluminum alloy ingots and liquid.
- Secondary aluminum alloys.
- Aluminum products.
- Unprocessed lead.
