MRD laid out the updated version of the State registry for registers for settlement transactions
Ministry of Revenue and Duties presented the updated version of the State registry of registers for settlement transactions including models of registers pursuant to respective Orders of the STS of Ukraine and resolutions of the State Commission on electronic systems and controls and management of commodity and money circulation under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
This enactment repealed Order of the Ministry of revenue from 26.04.2013 №82.
National Bank sets the discount rate of 7% per annum from 10 June 2013
On its official website National Bank announced that on 6 June 2013 the NBU management decided to reduce the discount rate from 10.06.2013 by 0.5 percentage points down to 7%.
Officials also stated that the previous time the NBU discount rate changed 21 March 2012 - from 7.75% to 7.5% per annum (it should be pointed out that it acted de facto from 23 March).
In addition to its direct purpose, this index is widely used in commercial relations with contractors, as well as for tax purposes (for example, when calculating conditional per cent in case of receiving repayable financial assistance, as defined under subparagraphs 14.1.257 of the Tax Code of Ukraine).
