Ministry Order №606 of 20.06.2013
Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine allowed drivers not to provide to State Automobile Inspection a receipt for payment of fines for violation of traffic rules; the penalties will be counted following the transfer of funds to the State Treasury account, says the Ministry's Order of 20.06.2013 № 606 registered in the Ministry of Justice 27 June under № 1093/23625, RBC-Ukraine reports.
According to the order also approved guidelines for the exchange of information between the automated system «Financial management of MIA of Ukraine» and «National automated information system of Department of Traffic Police» (NAIS DSAI).
Under the guidelines, a designated SAI employee uploads information about paid fines for violating traffic rules daily at 14:00 to an automated system «Financial management of MIA of Ukraine» of file packages of extracts obtained from State Treasury’s local bodies.
Uploaded files are automatically generated into archive transport files by fines paid at the reporting date in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regions, cities of Kyiv and Sevastopol and the consolidated transport file of Ukraine.
Appropriate SAI employee downloads archived transport files from the automated system «Financial management of MIA of Ukraine», unpacks and uploads into NAIS DSAI for automatic count of fines paid.
After processing transport files report on the results of automatic count is formed. Payments that couldn’t be counted automatically are counted manually.
Control over implementation of this order lies with the Deputy Interior Minister Viktor Ratushniak.
Order takes effect on the day of its official publication.
