Cabinet Resolution of 17.07.2013 № 518
The Cabinet of Ministers with resolution from 17.07.2013 № 518 amended the procedure for granting subsidies to employers at the expense of the Fund for Social Protection of the Disabled for creating sheltered employment for disabled people registered with the State Employment Service (Cabinet of Ministers Resolution of 27.12.2006 № 1836). Ministry of Social Policy, after consideration of the documents from the employer, within 10 days makes a decision on granting or denial of subsidies to the employer and shall notify in writing the employer, State Employment Service, the Fund.
Resolution also sets out the new wording of the Procedure for granting permission to the right to use tax incentives for businesses and public organizations of disabled persons, approved by the Cabinet Resolution 08.08.2007 № 1010.
Cabinet Resolution № 518 comes into force on the day of its official publication.
