Document to be forwarded for official registration with the Ministry of Justice in the near future
National Securities and Stock Market Commission approved amendments to Procedure for preparing administrative data on trade activities, disclosure of information and submission of proper documents to the National Securities and Stock Market Commission. The relevant document was adopted at the regulator’s meeting, the press service NSSMC informs.
«Commission adopted the changes in order to align the Regulation with applicable legislative and normative and legal acts that regulate the activities of market operators. They specified the requirements to the composition of the data to be filed with the regulator within daily, monthly, and ad hoc information. For example, ad hoc certificate of the situation of price volatility contains additional information on the reasons for suspension of trading and information on measures taken by the Stock Exchange in a situation of price volatility», Iryna Ustenko, acting Director of the regulation of activities of securities traders and stock exchanges NSSMC, explained.
