The capitalization of the largest technological companies Facebook, Amazon, Alphabet (Google’s parent company) and Netflix decreased by 90.7 billion dollars against the total U.S. market decline, ET reports quoting CNBC.
At the closing of bidding, the stocks of Facebook, Amazon, Alphabet and Netflix showed the decline within the range from 2.8 to 5.1%.
Alphabet lost in capitalization more than anyone else – 39.5 bln dollars.
It should be reminded that the leading U.S. index Dow Jones dropped by 1175 points on Monday, losing around 4.6%.
