“For me, it is important what happens in our country; ICO, cryptocurrencies and blockchain are the element of digitization in the country. I consider that we can ensure the technological breakthrough, developing a ground infrastructure, roads, railroad, logistical centers, and conducting digitalization of all spheres of life”, the deputy said during the speeches on the press conference of World Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Summit WBCSummit.
According to him, if Russia manages to achieve success in this sphere within the next six year, it will reach “the highest level in the world”.

In one of them, the cryptocurrencies and tokens are classified as the digital financial assets. Meanwhile, it is directly established that they do not relate to legal payment instruments.
According to Aksakov, the first reading of draft laws will be held on Tuesday, 22 May. The second reading is scheduled for 19 June, and the third – for 21 June.
