It is possible to manage accounts online

PrivatBank has introduced restrictions on cash transactions due to the threat to life of its employees and clients due to the increased criminogenic situation in Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts of Ukraine. In particular, cash collection and ATM services as well as branch operation have been halted, the press-office of the Bank reports.

No restrictions on access to the money lodged on the accounts are being set. It is possible to manage accounts online – through the Internet-banking service PrivatBank 24, mobile applications or by visiting any branch in the adjoining oblasts more peaceful nowadays.

The employees of PrivatBank in all regions of Ukraine have been instructed on how to efficiently and promptly serve the clients from Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts, and, if possible, not keep them waiting in a queue.

«We are moving to a special mode of operation. In the current circumstances we have not the right to compel our employees to go to work in Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts, where armed people burst into the bank premises, the cash collection vans are hijacked and money is stolen, – the press-office of PrivatBank reports. – All clients’ accounts are safe and secure – they are accessible online through the Internet-banking PrivatBank 24, and mobile applications. Bank cards may be used to pay for goods in the stores, to make cashless transactions via the ATMs».

The interest on deposits is being accrued as before, the accounts can be managed through PrivatBank 24. It is also possible to pay utility bills online, to top up the mobile phone, to remit the money.
