The Ukraine’s National Statistics Service - unemployment rate has decreased by 0,1%
In Ukraine, in July of 2014, (excluding the temporary occupied territories – the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol city) the unemployment rate was 1.6%, that is 0.1% less as compared to the figure in June this year, according to the data from the National Statistics Service of Ukraine.
Thus, in July of 2014, the National Statistics Service of Ukraine registered 433.5 thousand unemployed, 342.2 thousand jobless out of which are obtaining unemployment benefits.
A number of urban dwellers are 280.1 thousand unemployed, rural residents – 153.4 thousand unemployed.
The average unemployed benefit, in July of 2014, was 1.201 thousand hryvnias, that is 56 hryvnias more than that in June the same year.
