Program:

Track 1. VAT online administration.

• Taxpayer’s virtual account. Design algorithm and tax invoice registration using the formula set out in article 200-1, chapter V of the Tax Code. Problems of using the measuring units & accounting classifier. Services for non-residents (marketing, advertising, engineering, SAP host). VAT and freight shipping contracts, agreements for storage, financial leasing, tolling.

• Invoices filled out or registered untimely. Penalties for late registration. Adjustment entries - specifics of filling out and registering. Tax credit without tax invoice.

• Test mode reporting. How to avoid errors when filling out a tax return? Differences between Executive Order of the Finance Ministry No. 966 and circulars of the National Fiscal Service. Negative amounts of VAT. Filling out Annex 2 to the tax return.

• VAT payments. Refund from VAT account to the current account.

• VAT refund in 2015 – new criteria, new possibilities, new restrictions. How does it work in practice? Online refund. Checking input tax starting July 1, 2015 – definitely “no” or small “yes”?

• VAT online accounts of agricultural companies. Is it possible to make a deposit from a special account? Complexities the treasury encounters when making VAR refunds to the manufacturers’ accounts.

Track 2. VAT online administration in practice. Monitoring VAT online accounts through M.E.Doc IS software.

• VAT non-payer: specifics of filling out the tax invoice form, registration.

• Recording adjusting entries by users of M.E.Doc IS. Source documents. Adjustments and corrections of errors in tax invoices. Properly adjusted data not related to change in refund on goods/services. Adjustments to the tax invoice the registration of which was not stipulated on the date of filling out.

• Tax invoices and adjusting entries by users of other software applications.

• Filling out VAT returns and annexes using the tax forms downloaded from M.E.Doc IS.

• Account statements in the VAT administration system.
