The deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine have suggested the Cabinet of Ministers a compromise on draft tax reform concerning special regime of VAT taxation for agrarians, RBC-Ukraine reports.
Thus, three options have been suggested for concessionary mechanism: manufacturers of grain and other industrial crops will keep 15% of tax on their own accounts, 85% - pay to budget; other agricultural producers, except for milk and cattle will work as per proportion 80/20 respectively, cattle and milk – 50/50 respectively.
“Currently exporters suggest keeping the partial VAT refund for those, whose export component makes up more than 40%”, - stated the Chairwoman of Tax Committee of the Parliament Nina Yuzhanina.
It should be reminded that government suggested the proportion 75/25 for 2016, where only 25% would be available to agrarians.
