Since the beginning of 2016 the campaign of citizens’ declaration of earnings, received during 2015, the press-service of the SFS of Ukraine reported to UNN.
At the taxpayer’s discretion, declarations are submitted according to their tax addresses personally or by the authorized person; via mail or e-mail.
It is noted that documents should be sent with notification of delivery and with the list of enclosures not later than ten days prior to expiry of the latest date for submission. If the declaration is submitted via e-mail with observance of the condition regarding registration of electronic signature, then it should be sent not later than the expiration of the last hour of the latest date for submission.
For comfortable citizens’ reporting in January-April 2016 the taxpayer service centers will work as per extended operating regime, while the declaration may also be submitted during weekends. If necessary, taxpayers may receive free consultations and assistance in filling in the declaration.
In addition, since January 1, 2016, the new form of declaration on material standing and revenues will be introduced. This form consolidates individual income tax reporting and military tax. Considering this, as per results of 2015, the tax liabilities on individual income tax and military tax will be defined in one tax reporting.
