The most crucial task remains the overcoming of aggression from Russian Federation.
President Petro Poroshenko has signed the executive order, which brings into force NSDC decision dated March 4 On Law of Concept of Development of Security and Defense Sector of Ukraine.
As Correspondent reports, the most crucial is “the threat of aggression from RF”.
“… the most crucial over the medium-term will remain, in particular, the threat of aggressive actions of Russia for exhaustion of Ukrainian economy and undermining of social and political stability with the purpose of annihilation of Ukraine and seizure of territory, employment of military force, temporary occupation by RF of the Crimean territory and further actions on destabilization of situation in Balto-Black-Caspian region”, - as the document says.
The concept also envisages the realization of complex tasks, which consist, in particular, in implementation of principles and standards, approved in EU and NATO member countries.
According to the document, it is planned to create the national system of cyber security, to strengthen the cooperation with partner special services of NATO member countries.
