On Wednesday, May 25, in Brovary NABU detectives jointly with SAP prosecutors and specialists of the Department of Economic Security of the National Police in Kyiv region detained three participants of corruption scheme of acquisition of state land, totaling to UAH 50 million, according to NABU message.
As it is reported, among detainees - the former director of the Administration of State Service on Geodesy, Cartography and Cadaster of the Brovary District, the director of land survey organization and the director of one of local gardening companies.
<p“>They are suspected of organization of acquisition of lands with total area of more than 20 ha, located in investment attractive places of the Kyiv region. The market value of land plots exceeds UAH 50 mln”, according to the message. <p“>The detainees are currently being reported of suspicion, the procedural documents for choosing preventive measures for them are being prepared. The pretrial investigation is continuing, the measures on identifying other participants of this corruption scheme are being conducted”, NABU reports.
