The resolution has been rejected; the speaker can sign the approved law №3251, Hubs reports.
Today, at the meeting of the Rada the people’s deputies failed the resolution on cancellation of voting results in the second reading for the draft law №3251 on reduction of duties for imported used cars.
The relevant resolution №3251 was endorsed by only just one deputy, while at least 226 are required.
Meanwhile, 125 people’s deputies pressed the button “against” while voting. Thus, the resolution is deemed as rejected and provides Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Andrii Parubii with legal basis to sign the law №3251 and send it to Bankova for the President’s signature.
It should be noted that the resolution on cancellation of voting results for reduction of excise duty for imported used cars was brought into the parliament by Deputy from Vidrodzhennia Group Dmitrii Sviatosh.
