The accounts of subsidiary companies of the financial institution with people’s deputy funds were also seized.
The court seized deposit accounts of People’s Deputy Alexander Onyshchenko at Latvian bank Trasta komercbanka. This is specified in the resolution of the Solomenskii District Court of Kyiv for July 28 in the Unified State Register of Court Decisions, Correspondent.net reports.
The accounts of Rexlord Systems and Ostexpert Limited subsidiary, opened at Privatbank and Trasta komercbanka were also seized. Such decision was approved after NABU solicitation, as it is indicated in the documents.
According to the resolution, Onyshchenko is the beneficiary and signatory of Rexlord Systems. Meanwhile, the title to Ostexpert Limited, registered on Cyprus, was registered for his mother. This company owns Has Firm, which in its turn is the operator of agreement on joint activities with Ukrgasdobycha.
“The pretrial investigation established that Ostexpert Limited opened the account at AS PrivatBank (the Republic of Latvia), which had USD 7.369 ths as of 15 July 2016”, as it is indicated in the document.
It should be reminded that the people’s deputy is suspected of certain crimes, connected with Ukrgasdobycha. In particular, in appropriation, embezzlement of property or acquisition through abuse of office, creation of criminal organization and fictitious entrepreneurship.
