The launch of the e-declaration system is scheduled for September 1.
The State Service of Special Communication and Information Protection (SSSCIP) claimed that it eliminated defects in the operation of e-declaration system, currently the preparation of expert opinion on the complex system of information protection (CSIP) of e-declarations is continuing.
In particular, the service reported that the preparation for attestation started on the eve of the Independence Day, when the necessary information was received from NAA.
“On Monday, August 29, the amendment of documentation and software fixing in terms of building CSIP register” was completed, according to the statement. The work was done by the National Center for Cyber Protection and Cyber Threat, SSSCIP’s subsidiary company.
In the meantime, the service emphasized that to forecast conclusions on e-declaration system attestation is impossible, because the examination is still continuing.
“On August 31, it is planned to take the decision regarding the compliance of CSIP register with the requirements of regulatory documents on technical protection of information and issuance of compliance certificate.
The State Special Communication Service emphasizes once again that the decision on CSIP compliance and certificate issuance is taken by the expert board, based on the positive expert opinion, provided as per the findings of state examination”, according to the message.
“The assertions that the State Special Communication Service is obliged to issue the certificate can be construed and qualified as the illegal pressure on experts as well as public officials”, according to the statement, posted on the department’s site.
