President Petro Poroshenko is confident in allocation of IMF tranche.
The International Monetary Fund (IMF) will consider the issue of allocation of the next tranche to Ukraine on September 14.
“As per results of my conversation with Christine Lagarde, the International Monetary Fund officially included the consideration of the question on allocation of the next tranche to Ukraine into its agenda on September 14”, the President wrote on Thursday, September 8.
“I am counting on the positive decision”, the President emphasized.
It should be reminded that since the end of the last year Ukraine has not received any tranche from IMF. The authorities are counting to receive the second tranche in a reduced amount by this autumn, however they expected to receive it in early summer, President Petro Poroshenko wrote in his Facebook.
