The Podolskyi District Court of Kyiv obligated the Pension Fund to renew pension accounting and payment to Nikolai Azarov.
“I am totally against such decision! The position remains unchanged: the former leaders of Yanukovych’s regime will not receive pensions from our state”, Rosenko reported.
Rosenko reported that the Pension Fund has already appealed against the court decision to Kyiv Appellate Court.
“I am addressing to the community and mass media to take under special control the court hearings on this case”, Rosenko noted.
On December 21, 2015, the Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv seized pensions on the current accounts at Oschadbank of former President Victor Yanukovych and former Prime Minister Nikolai Azarov.
On February 4, 2016, the Kyiv Appellate Court ordered to unblock the pension account.
In March, Rosenko stated that the pension of former Prime Minister Nikolai Azarov is not accounted and will not be paid.
In response to the clarification question, he explained: “The access to the old pension account at Oschadbank has been regained. But no pension was accrued on it for more than a year”, Pavel Rosenko reported on Thursday.
